As the Manager of Nahal Group, Abdul Karim is involved in the leadership and Marketing Management of the company, as well as responsible for the whole administration. He has been with NAHAL GROUP since 1996 and with his extensive experience in Consulting in issues such as Marketing strategy, Organizational development, Executive search, Understanding about the space planning, Security requirements, Site requirements and operational needs of Financial facilities that may be unequaled in the industry!
He reviews the functional layout of every Program and provides valuable counsel to clients and the Administrational staffs. As the Senior Executive of the NAHAL GROUP he enforces his simple, but powerful standard of business conduct: to “Practice the Golden Rule in all of our relationships”. It is a standard he models and expects every employee to follow. At the end of the long process of construction, he believes it is this principle of integrity that ultimately earns respect from our clients – and keeps them coming back to us over and over.
